Wow, Nicholas Cage and his wife just had a baby boy, and they named him Cal too! Except they spell it "Kal." And also, the full name is "Kal-el," which as any nerdling will know is Superman's birth name, from before he left the planet Krypton.
So I guess their kid isn't really named Cal at all.
(Crickets.)
