This didn't happen to me but to a good friend of mine, Dave, who happens to be on top of the whole class. Attending: *barges into room* DAVE! Dave: *promptly stands up* Attending: *shoves something into Dave's hands* Here's my cellphone and my charger, go find a socket somewhere and charge it. Don't come back 'til it's full. For the rest of you, let's discuss our case.
Needless to say, Dave missed one really good case discussion. :)
we work out of two hospitals in our residency. one of our chiefs, working at hospital b, called hospital a.
she got a med student on the phone and asked him to fax information over about a patient. the fax came back with the cover page stating: "to: chief resident from: scutted med student."
contained within the fax: absolutely nothing the chief had asked to be sent.
to be read & dissected for journal club meeting. :)
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of your post photocopying your favorite author's short stories. LOL
ReplyDeleteHahaha. I've definitely forgotten to hit 'collate' before.
ReplyDeleteI once forgot to collate 80 copies of a 12 page document. I almost cried.

Oh, hell, you just throw the un-coallated stuff away and do it right. Really.
