Long time reader, first time poster -- but I have to ask: what case is both reconstructive and cosmetic?
I'm no doctor but I was always under the impression that sutures leave minimum scaring as opposed to nails... :P
All reconstructive cases are also cosmetic in some way -- not only done for functional purposes but for appearance improvement. Not every cosmetic case is reconstructive, though. Not a very funny text message exchange though
